Maplewood Permaculture is the practice of Anthea and Will Power, based in Paterson in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales.

We teach people how to grow food, design better gardens and understand the natural systems that make them work. Through workshops, presentations and educational programs, we help turn complex ideas into practical skills that people can use at home, in schools and across their communities.

We've worked with councils, schools, libraries, festivals and community organisations throughout New South Wales, delivering workshops that are informative, practical and enjoyable. Every session is tailored to the audience and focuses on giving people the confidence to put what they've learned into practice.

Our knowledge comes from years of teaching, designing and growing ourselves. We don't just talk about gardening—we spend every day testing ideas, solving problems and learning what really works.

Whether we're delivering a workshop, contributing to a publication or collaborating on a media project, our goal is simple: to make gardening easier to understand and enjoyable to learn, while helping more people create productive, resilient and beautiful gardens.
