Workshop: Soil & Seedlings

We’ll guide you through the essentials of soil health, from understanding soil composition to techniques for enhancing fertility and structure. Learn how to select and nurture seedlings to ensure robust growth and abundant harvests. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced gardener, this workshop offers valuable insights and practical tips to help your garden flourish.
Participants will take home some seeds that they pot up.
Time: 10am-2pm : with morning tea break (a range of cafes are located nearby).
Location: Hive & Gobbler, 211 Dowling Street, Dungog NSW
Parking: Dowling St or nearby side streets
BRING: Your own hat for outdoors, gardening gloves, water bottle and packed lunch (or order from one of the nearby cafes on the day).
Permaculture Design Certificate and Homesteading Course
This 16 day protracted 'PDCHC' provides all you need to design and organise your urban or rural homestead. (Autumn 2025).
In collaboration with the amazing Limestone Permaculture, we are delivering aspects of this course as part of the lead teaching team.
